宁夏中星显示材料有限公司成立于2017年6月,位于宁夏宁东能源化工基地化工新材料园区,占地151亩,公司是专注于研发、生产和销售专用有机新材料的高新技术企业。公司业务分为半导体显示用有机材料版块及创新药中间体版块,以及CMO/CDMO版块。 公司员工240人,研发人员占比20%,本科及以上占比75%。公司建设有研发中心、大型生产车间、国内领先的三废处理设施等配套设施。研发中心建筑面积3000㎡,配有标准化实验室和高端分析检测设备,可满足100人同时开展研发工作。生产车间拥有超低温、高温、高压等反应设备300余套,能够进行格氏反应、低温丁基锂反应、Suzuki偶联反应、氧化反应、还原反应、氢化反应等多种化学反应。公司具备年产1000吨以上的精细化学品生产能力,可为客户提供从研发、小试、中试直至规模化生产的一站式服务。 工厂有富余产能,现承接超低温(深冷)、格氏、铃木偶联、高压加氢、溴化、氧化、还原等CMO、CDMO业务。 专业的超低温反应生产厂家。 超低温产能:生产线:8条反应釜:90余套 低温反应总体积:40000L 主反应釜:1000L-5000L 反应温度:-90℃
