Ciprofloxacin Injection exerts its antibacterial effect by inhibiting the bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial DNA replication and transcription. Dosage and Administration

Adults：The usual dosage is 200 to 400 mg administered intravenously every 8 to 12 hours, depending on the severity of the infection.
Children：The dosage should be adjusted based on body weight and the type of infection. It is generally recommended to use 5 to 10 mg/kg of body weight per day, divided into two or three doses.Note：The injection should be administered slowly over a period of 60 minutes to avoid rapid infusion-related adverse effects.

Storage

Store Ciprofloxacin Injection at controlled room temperature (15-30°C) and protect from light and moisture. Do not freeze.
