Meningococcal polysaccharide Vaccine (group ACYW135)

Group ACYW135 meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine is the first product developed independently by Zhifei Lvzhu. Zhifei Lvzhu obtained the Drug Registration Approval issued by the State Food and Drug Administration on November 15, 2007 (No.: 2012S00181, Drug Approval No.: Guoyao Zhunzi S20070025). Zhifei Lvzhu obtained the New Drug Certificate issued by the SFDA on November 15, 20007 (certificate number:Guoyao Zhengzi S20070017),the product officially launched into market in May 2008.

 This vaccine is made of A, C, Y, W135 meningococcal medium via purification of capsular polysaccharide antigen, adding lactose as stabilizer after purification to make freeze-dried vaccine. The lyophilized vaccine should be white color which can be dissolved completely after adding the colorless diluents (sterile ** for injection), clear, colorless liquid appears after reconstitution.
