The ResiQuant® Recombinant Protein A ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and quantitative ELISA kit. This kit is specifically intended for the detection of process-related impurities recombinant Protein A residuals in the manufacturing of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies or other Fc-fusion recombinant proteins. The limit of detection (LOD) for this kit is 13.7 pg/mL, and the limit of quantitation (LLOQ) is 41.2 pg/mL. It is suitable for use throughout the manufacturing process as well as for product release.
