门冬胰岛素是一种速效人胰岛素类似物，活性类似内源性人胰岛素，其B链28位脯氨酸替换为天冬氨酸后其起效时间大幅缩短至约15分钟，持续时间约3-5小时。可用于治疗1型和2型糖尿病，以改善成人和儿童的血糖控制。

本品由能高效表达门冬胰岛素的大肠杆菌菌株经发酵而来，纯度高，内毒素含量极低，且不含任何动物源性病原体。

Insulin Aspart is a fast-acting human insulin with activity similar to that of endogenous human insulin, and its onset of action is dramatically shortened to about 15 minutes and its duration is about 3-5 hours by substituting aspart amino acids for the pro amino acids at position 28 of the B-chain. It can be used for the treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes to improve glycemic control in adults and children.

Virtu Pharmako utilizes E. coli strains to produce insulin aspart. It has extremely low endotoxin content with high purity, and does not contain any animal-derived pathogens.
