Granulating Line

Purpose

The production line is widely used in such industries as medicine, food, dairy products, chemical industry, etc. It is a process machine widely applied during production, for example, the production of tablets, capsules, granules, etc.

Process flow

The granulating line equipment integrates automatic feeding system, closed connection, adhesive automatic supply, wet type granulating, wet type granule sizing/oscillating granule sizing, closed discharging, fluidized bed drying, in-place vacuum discharging, online granule sizing/lifting and turning discharging, online granule sizing, and the granules enter the closed mixing hopper for the next procedure.

●The granulating production process is fully closed. It is suitable for production and processing of processes of diversified varieties.

●By adopting the most advanced design concept of SAR LABORTECNIC Company, the wet type granulator and granule sizing machine are designed into a connection type with three-dimensional oblique discharging.

●Space utilization is considered in the overall structure of the wet type granulator. User-friendly design is adopted to ensure a structure that combines the pedal and machine frame. With small floor space and no dead corner, the structure meets GMP requirements.

●The functions such as terminal control and monitoring, data display on operation interface, as well as recording, printing or outputting are realized during the granulating process.

●It is provided with different levels of management authority.

●It meets the requirements for process tracking and traceability in FDA/cGMP.
