
YMC-Triart Phenyl是一款有机杂化硅胶基质上键合苯丁基的色谱柱。由于对该产品的官能团键合密度与烷基链长度进行了优化设计,因此实现了适度疏水相互作用与苯基特有的π-π相互作用间的平衡。该产品对有芳香环、双键结构等长共轭化合物等有增强保留的趋势,所以易于实现此类物质的异构体及类似物的分离。同时,基于Triart系列共通的致密表面修饰,因此具有卓越的耐久性和无吸附的良好峰形。

| 适于分离构造类似物
在酸性色素亮蓝FCF及其相关物质的分离案例中,虽然市售的苯己基色谱柱因强吸附造成分离效果不佳,但Triart Phenyl却能显示出良好的峰形。像这样的芳香族化合物和长共轭化合物的分离,Triart Phenyl利用π-π间相互作用表现出比C18更强的保留能力,适于分离结构类似的物质。

| 适于分离常规C18难以分开的位置异构体等
Triart Phenyl对常规C18难以分离的位置异构体有足够的保留且实现了良好分离,推测与π-π相互作用有很大的关系。另外该案例尽管也使用了其他苯基柱,但因苯基与基质间的烷基链长度等差异造成了分离行为与保留强弱的差异。
