肝素钠（Heparin Sodium）

肝素钠是粘多糖硫酸酯类抗凝血药。肝素钠是由猪或牛的肠粘膜中提取的硫酸氨基葡聚糖的钠盐，属粘多糖类物质。为抗凝血药。对凝血过程的许多环节都有影响，可延长凝血时间和凝血酶原时间。本品不论在体内或体外，都有迅速的抗凝血作用。本品主要作用于纤维蛋白的形成，也可使血小板聚集减少。
