TQS系列通风式灭菌柜

通风式灭菌器主要适用于各种耐高温软包装制品（含PVC、非PVC包装的液体）、塑料安瓿、无菌湿巾、无菌面膜、预灌封针剂、PP软管装膏剂、铝塑管装膏剂等产品的灭菌处理。该设备采用压力蒸汽和空气混压灭菌工艺模式，由强制对流风扇和导流风板结构使得腔体内部非饱和蒸汽均匀混合，确保灭菌温度均匀性。

设备内部设有冷却盘管，产品的冷却和干燥是通过将冷却水引入冷凝盘管将灭菌室内的混合气体冷凝。冷空气流过产品将产品冷却，同时产品表面的水渍蒸发，最后实现冷却和干燥的目的。在冷却过程中对产品实施压力跟踪和反压保护，以保证产品不会由于高温状态下内外反向压差或过大压差造成产品损坏。同时具有人工干预措施在自控失调状态下保证产品安全。

The structure of forced convection fan and diversion fan makes the unsaturated steam inside the cavity mix evenly to ensure the uniformity of sterilization temperature.

The equipment is internally equipped with a cooling coil, and the cooling and drying of the product is to condensate the mixed gas in the sterilization room by introducing cooling ** into the condensation coil.Cold air flows through the product to cool the product, evaporate the ** on the product surface, and finally achieve the purpose of cooling and drying.During the cooling process, pressure tracking and back pressure protection are implemented to ensure that the product will not be damaged due to reverse pressure difference or excessive pressure difference between inside and outside at high temperature.At the same time, there are manual interventions to ensure product safety under the condition of self-control disorder.
